A 3-night stay at a hotel felt like it was in a construction site. I should have been able to rest peacefully during my transit, but instead I was bombarded with noise pollution from morning to evening because they were renovating and there was no information whatsoever! A hotel that should be a comfortable place to rest is like this. The staff is terrible, they didn't even apologize or explain!

The room was quite okay, but the bathroom door sometimes needed to be propped up because it didn't fit properly. The food was tasty, but the restaurant didn't have a separate smoking area. We, as non-smokers, didn't enjoy the delicious food due to the smoke being allowed and not being reprimanded by the customer service. The location was okay. The receptionist wasn't very informative, not explaining to the driver that they were being picked up at the old airport, not the new one. Even upon arrival, the receptionist was still less than informative, so we had to ask the janitor where our room was and ask again about the restaurant.

Strategic location, next to Ramayana and the mosque, with good Wi-Fi. The downside is that the TV cable in my room wasn't very good, so the picture was blurry. It's still a satellite TV, not a smart TV.

The building is quite old. Even in the bathroom, the sink and other fixtures appear to be rusty. The toilet in room 222 still smells bad even after being flushed several times.

The air conditioning is not working. So hot during the day. The toilet is also smelly. The breakfast food is cold. Don’t deserve 3 stars and too pricey for this service. Will not coming back for sure. 👎🏻👎🏻
