The building is quite old. Even in the bathroom, the sink and other fixtures appear to be rusty. The toilet in room 222 still smells bad even after being flushed several times.

The air conditioning is not working. So hot during the day. The toilet is also smelly. The breakfast food is cold. Don’t deserve 3 stars and too pricey for this service. Will not coming back for sure. 👎🏻👎🏻

Clean rooms, good breakfast, next door there is Ramayana and a restaurant, and complete ATMs.

The pick-up and drop-off service is good, but you have to check first whether the car and driver are available or not because it is often used for catering pick-ups and drop-offs.

First time trying to stay here, the location is quite strategic, cleanliness is sufficient, the number of rooms looks a lot. I feel uncomfortable with the mattress that feels hard and the blanket is not comfortable. The AC is quite cold but looks broken.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms, but only one was a non-smoking room, the other one was full of cigarette smoke.

I ordered for someone else so I can't review it in detail.

I usually stop by when transiting in Timika, but the places to eat around it are not very suitable.

Lebih dari 2 kali telfon layanan massage tapi tidak ada yang respon, sudah lapor ke resepsionis namun tidak ada tindak lanjut. Tidak tersedia tisu meja dan safe deposit box. Ada petunjuk arah tapi masih kurang jelas. Resepsionis tidak informatif pada saat tamu check in. Ada biaya jaminan kartu kamar yang harus dibayar pada saat check in, meskipun uangnya dikembalikan saat check out, hal seperti ini tidak diinfokan dalam iklan hotel di Traveloka.

Room service is nice, friendly and clean, without asking them to take the initiative to clean, it's just that the air conditioner isn't cold, the TV doesn't have broadcasts for customer service, the check-in section is bad in service, not friendly, no smile maybe because we made purchases via the application, I also just found out that purchases via the application cannot ask for proof of stay, if you want to make a note you are asked to pay 50 thousand per night.

We got a room where the air conditioner was not cold enough and it was located far from the lobby and close to a room that was being renovated so it was disturbed.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels and bathroom are also clean.

Just standard, the room is clean, only the walls need attention.
