Friendly, clean, and very fun 🥰

The facilities and environment are okay, close to the city center, but the standard room has several damp spots. There's no remote control for the temperature, the AC is hot, and the bathroom is basic and smelly. When I complained about the condition of the room upon check-out, they responded, "Yes, sir, it is damp," without offering a solution. I've been complaining since yesterday and been told that the bathroom smells, but they only provided air freshener.

The staff is very helpful, the room is quite spacious & clean, the AC is cold, the toilet is clean, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is strategic, close to everything in Palopo. The rooms are spacious, but the AC in the one I stayed in was noisy. Overall, everything was good.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, the wifi connection is also difficult, there are also many TV channels that cannot be accessed

Please evaluate in the future. Dirty rooms, smelly bathroom water that makes the skin itchy, the bed sheets are not suitable, stained and itchy 🙏🏻. Some employees are not very communicative.

The room was not very clean, especially the mattress, the sheets and blankets were not changed, and the AC was not cold at all.

Hotels with suite types should be kept clean, the glass in the room doesn't seem to have moved for years, if the bathroom doesn't have hot water, don't show it in the description, it needs a lot of repairs.

Included breakfast was only one slice of white bread with jam. Hotel is not clean.

Pertama datang susah parkir karena pas ada kegiatan di aula-nya, jadi full parkiran. Resepsionis wanitanya kurang senyum. Masuk kamar sesuai dengan yang tertera di foto. Kebersihan kamar ok. Air botol dalam kamar hanya tersedia 1 botol. Tidak tersedia toiletries, dan tidak ada handuk, akhirnya kami turun ke lobby karena tidak ada telepon dalam kamar untuk minta handuk, dan di beri 1 handuk. Tidak tersedia juga tisu. Tengah malam karena hujan deras sekali, kamar bocor pas di atas kasur, untunglah petugas dengan cepat memberikan penggantian ke kamar yang lainnya. Di kamar yang baru kami tempati tersedia handuk 1 tapi tetap tidak tersedia toiletries & tisu. Tidak tersedia air botol tapi tersedia teh & gula sachet. Untuk sarapan standar secara rasa juga varian lauk pauknya.

Very bad service, I have given up staying at this hotel. There is no drinking water, towels and soap have to be found by the staff, there is no shampoo. The AC is hot even though it's already 16°. Don't stay here, the water is bad too.
