Recommended. Clean, friendly staff service.

Please evaluate in the future. Dirty rooms, smelly bathroom water that makes the skin itchy, the bed sheets are not suitable, stained and itchy 🙏🏻. Some employees are not very communicative.

The room was not very clean, especially the mattress, the sheets and blankets were not changed, and the AC was not cold at all.

Not yet qualified as a hotel. Should be a guest house.

Hotels with suite types should be kept clean, the glass in the room doesn't seem to have moved for years, if the bathroom doesn't have hot water, don't show it in the description, it needs a lot of repairs.

Included breakfast was only one slice of white bread with jam. Hotel is not clean.

Pertama datang susah parkir karena pas ada kegiatan di aula nya, jadi full parkiran. Resepsionis wanitanya kurang senyum. Masuk kamar sesuai dengan yang tertera di foto. Kebersihan kamar ok. Air botol dalam kamar hanya tersedia 1 botol. Tidak tersedia toiletries, dan tidak ada handuk, akhirnya kami turun ke lobby karena tidak ada telpon dalam kamar untuk minta handuk, dan di beri 1 handuk. Tidak tersedia juga tissu. Tengah malam karena hujan deras sekali, kamar bocor pas di atas kasur, untunglah petugas dengan cepat memberikan penggantian ke kamar yang lainnya. Di kamar yang baru kami tempati tersedia handuk 1 tapi tetap tidak tersedia toiletries & tissu. Tidak tersedia air botol tapi tersedia teh & gula sachet. Untuk sarapan standar secara rasa juga varian lauk pauknya.

Kalo g ada kata-kata lain slain: bagus, brarti ya bagus.

Very bad service, I have given up staying at this hotel. There is no drinking water, towels and soap have to be found by the staff, there is no shampoo. The AC is hot even though it's already 16°. Don't stay here, the water is bad too.

I ordered a Junior Suites room but no soap, shampoo, toothbrush, slippers were available. The cafe bar is also only available in thermos and granulated sugar. The bathroom leaks when it rains heavily. Front Office service is also not friendly. Please fix all the services of this hotel again. Thank You.

Layanan hotel yang buruk. Resepsionnis yang tidak ramah. Pesan kamar suite (tipe tertinggi di sini), tapi sarung bantal yang kotor (akhirnya minta ganti keempat-empatnya), lantai kamar yang terasa seperti berdebu (seperti sudah lama tak dipel), ketel pemanas air tidak ada (akhirnya minta dulu, baru diantar), peralatan kamar mandi tidak ada (minta dulu, tapi yang dikasih hanya sabun, sampo dan sikat gigi tidak ada sampai saya check out), colokan listrik minimal (akhirnya minta kabel sambung), dan parahnya lagi tidak ada line telpon di kamar sehingga harus turun naik (dari ujung lantai 2) ke resepsionis untuk minta dan komplain macam-macam. Parah betul ini hotel, untuk sekelas bintang dua dan layanan kamar untuk tipe tertinggi (yang katanya suite itu). Tidak lagi deh.

The first time it came the electricity went out and there was no generator so it was dark the water smelled bad.

Actually, I really resented staying here for a long 2 week stay, a week ago and then an extension for another week. Initially someone commented here that the wifi was dead. I hope that when we get to Palopo, the wifi can be used, it turns out that for 4 days I complained and the wifi didn't really work. Then the second one has a lot of problems with the toilet faucet, please check again. At first, I was lazy to extend a week here, but because of the location near Indomaret, there are places to eat, so let's try to survive. One week, I moved from a junior suite to a deluxe room, but again the toilet spray came off. I've complained until 3 days to work on it. Ouch. Check it out!

The cleanliness of the hotel in the bathroom needs more attention and also the toiletries must be completed, then the air conditioner is not cold.

Secara fasilitas, hotel sangat baik. Pelayanan juga oke. Hanya saja pada saat stay (sabtu, 30 oktober 2021) kondisi palopo mati lampu dari pukul 19.00 sampai pukul 23.00. Lantai 2 tempat kami menginap tidak ada listrik dialirkan. Jadi kami tinggal dengan kondisi kamar yang panas. Setelah di konfirmasi kepada petugas hotel, ada genset namun sedang rusak.

Rooms are a suite room but minimalist facilities. hot water does not work, WiFi without internet signal. no room slippers. minimalist breakfast menu. The positive location is close to the mosque.

So far, it's only good in the bathroom, the suit type, there is no hot water and the water is small, but in terms of good food, although it is simple, I recommend this hotel in Palopo.
