Merdeka Hotel is one of the hotels with a HISTORICAL feel. I like the old-fashioned furniture. It's as if we are in the past. Thank you HM.... keep maintaining the historical aspects.... hopefully you will continue to innovate with historical designs

Friendly, clean, kids friendly hotel with easy access to everywhere. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, it went by very quickly. The staff were friendly. After walking around, our room was clean and tidy again. The food was varied and delicious. Thank you for making our holiday memorable.

The AC was noisy, the bed squeaked, the water was murky and black, the hot water in the shower wouldn't work, the water in the bathtub was black, the desk was dusty, and the AC in the office wasn't cooling.

The shower in my room didn't work well despite having hot water, the toilet was difficult to adjust, and the AC was cold, but there were no windows. The plus side was that it was close to town and easy to find food. If you wanted to swim, you had to pay extra.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. However, the room was extremely damp, and the smell persisted throughout the night. The AC couldn't cover the entire room, so I slept sweating. Interestingly, the water was predominantly hot, with only a trickle of cold water. The wallpaper and ceiling were in dire need of updating.
