The WiFi signal keeps disappearing, everything else is fine, no problems

Strategically located in the city center, close to malls and Pahlawan Street Center. This comfortable, legendary hotel is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. I've been staying at Hotel Merdeka and holding industry meetings in Madiun since 1999.

Staying at the Merdeka Hotel: Family vacation during New Year's. -At check-in, they helped me fulfill my request in the notes. Since the room was still waiting, they helped me store my bags and suitcases. -The swimming pool is child- and family-friendly. Very enjoyable. -Room 506 has cool air conditioning, a spacious bedroom, a large bed, and extra pillows. The shower head wasn't powerful enough to make bathing difficult for me and my family. A light in the toilet could be added, as it was a bit creepy. -The food menu could be expanded and the taste could be adjusted. Luckily, they had instant noodles with an omelette. I don't think I'll be taking the included breakfast on my next trip. On my second day at the hotel, I woke up very early to banging upstairs. It was very annoying... so I asked the receptionist about the floor/tile work going up, but they should have checked the floor below to see if there were still guests sleeping. I need to add a phone line to the room because I had to take the elevator back and forth from the top floor to the bottom just to complain. Thank you... I enjoyed staying here 🙏🫰

I've been a regular at this hotel. This old-school hotel is located right in the middle of town. If you're on holiday, make a reservation well in advance because the rooms are often full. Recommended, guys.

First time staying at this hotel, the location is strategic in the heart of the city, the parking area is spacious, there is a swimming pool, unfortunately the WiFi access from the room is not good, it always disconnects.

In my opinion, this hotel needs a complete overhaul of both the furniture and the paint. Personally, I won't be returning to this hotel again until a complete overhaul is carried out. The only good thing is the location, which is close to everything.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
