This hotel is close to Malioboro and Tugu Station, just a short walk away. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, the pool is nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the customer service is very responsive. Ibis Hotel is really cool, I will stay here again next time.

I stayed there for a 3-day short trip and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, cold, and spacious enough for 3 people, even comfortable for 4. Even though the hairdryer in my room broke on the second day, they quickly replaced it and also provided an extension cable. The staff were fast, helpful, and friendly throughout the stay. Will definitely stay there again in the future☺️

It's good. The only downside is the toilet, which takes a long time to fill with water, so you have to wait for the water to fill up before you go to the toilet.

It's about a 550-meter walk to Malioboro Road, which is relatively convenient. But the room's air conditioning was quite noisy, the breakfast was so-so, and I forgot my razor, but the hotel couldn't provide one. Overall, I'd rate it as average.

Fun... close to Malioboro. There are also lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The room I got... still had a musty/damp smell. The hallways also lacked the hotel's signature fragrance 😊

We had to wait over an hour to check in. My family and I checked in at 3:00 PM, which wasn't a busy time. We'd confirmed the addition of an extra bed the morning of, hoping the room would be ready upon arrival. But we had to wait a long time. The front desk didn't even apologize. When we checked in, the room was still being cleaned. It was a bit of a relief, as the facilities were quite enjoyable for children.

We came to Jogja to participate in the Jogja marathon. Our check-in period was June 20th and check-out was June 22nd. The room we booked was probably an old one, so it needed quite a bit of renovation. Some of the bathroom glass stickers were peeling off, the bathroom flush had to call the staff twice due to malfunction, and the sink area looked old-fashioned. The bathroom floor was slippery when wet. The AC knob also needed to be fixed because it wasn't working properly, making it difficult to adjust, only turning it on and off. Oh yes, one more suggestion, the softener/detergent used to wash the towels should be evaluated because the scent wasn't fresh. The bed we used in the middle had a kind of separator so it felt uncomfortable on the back.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage before check-in. We were also invited to swim on the rooftop while waiting for check-in. Early check-in was easy because the room we booked was already vacant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Ibis Style Malioboro. We will stay there again next time.

The bed sheets and towels were no longer pristine white. They had stains, and the towels were also dull. Despite the Accor brand, the quality of the sheets and towels was disappointing. Breakfast was okay, with a good selection available. The location is close to Malioboro, within walking distance.
