The road to the hotel is damaged, the room lights are dim, the water heater and TV are just displays that don't work at all, the hotel has minimal lighting (those who are scared don't stay here), there is no signal and Wi-Fi, breakfast is only served late at 9 am.

Actually, it's worth the price, but many people are disappointed because it doesn't match the photos. The old photos displayed are very different from the current condition, it's better to use the latest photos. If you still intend to sell, you should look for investors to fund the renovation, it's a shame it's neglected, renovated neatly and cleanly, it will definitely be a favorite, sorry yesterday I was in a hurry and didn't have time to say goodbye to the staff.

Ciater Inn is across from D'Castello, also close to Sari Ater. The location is on a narrow road before the gas station next to the Sari Mawar restaurant. The road access to the hotel is not good, too many rocks and very dark at night, minimal lighting. The hotel does not have a restaurant. So, if you want to order food or go to the minimarket, you have to go outside and it's quite far. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, very suitable for those who enjoy natural scenery. The service is friendly and fast. To contact the admin, you can only use a cell phone, there is also WhatsApp but you have to ask first, there is no information available on Google or IG. I booked through the Villa Cemara type app, but when I arrived, it was very unfortunate that the room was not well maintained, there was no TV, the hot water didn't work, the Wi-Fi was unreachable and the signal was bad, finally I complained to the FO and they kindly allowed me to move to Villa Cendana which I think is better, the room is spacious, the water heater works, the TV works even though it's not smart, there is a dispenser, towels and soap are also available, and they moved the Wi-Fi router so it can be reached (this is the most effort). Unfortunately, none of the rooms have air conditioning or fans, so mosquitoes flock to the rooms at night. The next morning, breakfast, two portions of yellow rice, was delivered to the room. If it were better maintained, it would be very tasty and comfortable.

Check-in 11:30 PM, check-out 5:00 AM. Sorry, I'm disappointed, I intended to rest but got the room at the very end, far from the car park, got a room with a musty-smelling blanket, lots of stained pillows, a non-functioning hot shower, a smelly toilet, full of wasps, scary. But the staff was nice.

It's really good, the service is prompt when you ask for something.. Honestly, it's really comfortable here.. You'll never regret it.. But unfortunately it's a bit dark towards the alley so when you go out at night it's sometimes a bit scary lol.. (If this can be fixed a bit, that's fine) But overall it's really good.

*Check-in during Eid al-Fitr 2026 at 2:00 PM. *Heavy rain conditions. Road access is very bad (narrow and damaged rocks). *There was no one at the reception, only a security guard who was sleeping. *Referred to a large room but did not dare to choose because the condition of the room was uninhabitable, the lights were dark, and smelly, so I chose a standard room that looked better (although the room was leaking, the TV was broken and the water heater was not working, Wi-Fi was not available because it was far from the office). *Car parking is available near the front of the office, maybe because it is far, guests choose to park near the entrance to the villa. As a result, cars block each other who want to get out. *Nice atmosphere, cool days, cold nights, and very quiet. *Oh yes, there are no fans, let alone AC. *Maybe if managed well it can be a favorite when visiting Ciater, Subang.

The location is great, not far from the main road, just a few minutes to get there. However, the rooms are a bit underwhelming, and need a lot of improvement. The internet connection is difficult. There's a TV, but there's no Lin. It was also a bit difficult to get gallon water yesterday, as they hadn't had any outside supplies for the rooms. Breakfast was okay, standard, with fried rice and eggs. The bedrooms and rooms are large, but perhaps a fireplace is needed. Ample parking for cars and motorcycles.
