Very good for staycation with kid

The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the interior is nice. But unfortunately, the infinity pool has limited opening hours because it follows the restaurant's opening hours. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, even though I checked in on Monday and checked out on Tuesday. Even if I wanted to look around, I wasn't allowed. It's really a shame.

The hotel is spacious and nice. Even the kids loved it. The view is good. However, when I stayed, perhaps because it was full, the bathroom and trash can were not very clean.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Check-in was on time. Overall, everything was fine and comfortable, very comfortable for a staycation. Thanks for the room upgrade.

Everything is okay, especially the breakfast menu is very varied.

Check-in was delayed—we arrived at 3 PM but had to wait around 1.5 hours before receiving our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable; However, the toilet bowl in the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything met expectations for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality food options that we really enjoyed.

Hotel Indigo Bandung is a beautiful and peaceful hotel with a unique local design and cool mountain vibes. The room is cozy and clean, breakfast is delicious with local dishes, and the staff are friendly. A great place for a stylish and relaxing stay in Bandung.

the hotel is very aesthetic in all sides and very kids friendly. the kids club is indoor, there are also outdoor activities for children such as archery and mini golf, every hour there are also activities for children the swimming pool is cold, but if the pool is warm it would be much better. maybe yoga classes can be added for adults too

The atmosphere is really nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of city noise.

The hotel staff is very friendly, late checkout is allowed, the facilities are okay, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there are quite a lot of kids activities, there are almost no minuses, the only minus is the lack of an outdoor area, maybe one day if Indigo Hotel can expand the area so that there is an outdoor area for jogging etc. it will be far above Gaia.

There is no proper smoking area, even to smoke regular cigarettes, guests must leave the hotel area. The hotel only allows the use of devices such as IQOS or other electronic cigarettes. This certainly makes it difficult for conventional cigarette lovers who want to enjoy smoking comfortably. Although the aspects of the room, food, and cleanliness are quite good, the lack of a smoking area is an important note for management to be more friendly to the needs of all types of guests.
