This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional. We only checked in for 4 hours due to a very early morning departure flight, the receptionist had arranged their free airport shuttle to be there on time and even had prepared breakfast containers for on the go, as he knew we didn’t have time to wait for the breakfast area to open at 5am. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was some 5 star service in a place we least expected it.

The newly built hotel is still clean. Hopefully, it will continue to be maintained in the future. Upon entering the room, I was a bit surprised to find a dirty towel left by the previous guest that the cleaning service had forgotten to take. After informing the front desk, they quickly retrieved it and ran off. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel is a new building, clean, and tidy. It's also quite strategically located, close to the airport and Jalan Basuki Rahmat, which is a popular culinary destination. The soap and shampoo bottles are a bit difficult to squeeze, requiring multiple attempts and considerable effort.
