The hotel is clean, the price of the room is worth it, the staff are friendly, feels like home, it's really suitable for those who go to Cicendo Hospital or have a vacation because the location is really in the middle of the city 🥰.

Very, very bad, not worthy of being called a hotel, more like an inn. While staying at the hotel, this was the worst, the sheets had hair and lots of stains. Go up the floor. 3 there is no elevator, use 5 rounds of manual stairs, it's annoying to go up, once you see the room is jreng-jreng. Not so check in. Immediately ran away looking for another hotel, not really. It's better to pay for the money that has been paid than to sleep there.

Dirty, room. Not. Ready, so have to go back and forth. Complementary (soap, empty tissues; remote. Tv + ac doesn't work, dirt in the cupboard. Like sand). Size. Rooms and rooms. Substandard shower.

The waiters are very friendly and friendly + can have karaoke in the cafe area so the more comfortable the rooms are quite clean. Very close to the Cicendo hospital, we happened to be receiving treatment too.

The rooms and staff are comfortable, but the air conditioner is not cold enough, some of the room lights are off. There is no soap, luckily bring your own equipment. There is a swimming pool but he said he couldn't. The towels are also clean & fragrant. Overall it's good, it's just a shame it's lacking.

I happened to have ordered via an application at a decent price, for those who like to travel and stay here, please don't really recommend this, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel like this. I thought I was coming, the room was ready and clean, it turned out that I had to wait for the room in clean it first, the staff is not friendly, the room is still dirty even though the sheets have just been cleaned and the others haven't been replaced, the towels are dirty and have holes in them, lots of mosquitoes, no water heaters and others, no clothes hangers, dirty trash cans , for a really dirty toilet, dirty sink glass was not cleaned, asked for a clean room change but it said it wasn't there already ordered, but the place is also quiet, why is someone said to have ordered? Anyway, those who like traveling and staying at this hotel are not recommended, really disappointed :(.

This is the third experience staying here. Very strategic hotel. To go to Cicendo Eye Hospital, all you have to do is cross, to the nearest station, if you want to go to the mall, there are also many choices close by. But one thing that makes me addicted to this Kristalia is the very comfortable bed. AC also works well. Friendly service, so make my rest here comfortable.

Friendly receptionist service, accommodation and facilities are quite good, free wifi too, and there is a karaoke place in the restaurant, the distance is very close to the minimarket and RS Cicendo Bandung. Thank you Crystal Hotel.

If the receptionist is friendly, only the rooms are not comfortable in the facilities there is warm water but apparently there is no air conditioning, it can't be enlarged to reduce the bed linen, rich not washed.

The journey was quite long for 9 hours, when I arrived at the hotel it turned out that the room was beyond my expectations. In terms of price, that price is not comparable to the quality of the room I got. Here's my review, hopefully it can be an improvement for the hotel. 1. The rooms are cramped and dirty. The floor is really dirty like it hasn't been cleaned. I asked the receptionist he said it had been cleaned but not clean? The bathroom was yellow. The sink was jammed. Haven't wanted to pray yet? There really is no space at all on the left and right side of the mattress. 2. The mattresses make noises and noise. 3. No glasses, no spoons provided. Oh God. At a minimum, such prints are provided for guests without having to ask the receptionist for anything. 4. The air conditioner is not cold enough. 5. The receptionists are friendly, guys and girls, the service is ok. But yes, I was disappointed with the rooms and facilities that were obtained.
