Always stay here when stopping by Solo, the hotel is so memorable! Yesterday I had the opportunity to stay in the new building with a white facade, the swimming pool is also nice, if you come early in the morning it's still quiet around 6 am, you can also get towels at the counter. Don't forget to try the fresh burger menu, it's delicious! If you go there on Saturday night, you can stop by Mangkunegaran Night Market, or if your schedule matches with SAM, you can stop by. It's a close walk guys! So far, I want to go back to Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel!

For 550 thousand Rupiah, it doesn't match the "old" condition and maintenance, it smells of dust, the blankets are faded, the pillows are thin, it seems like some of them are rented monthly. It's time for a total overhaul, it's more worth it with a hotel with the same price and newer.

The hotel is strategic but it is old & lacks maintenance, the hotel room lights are not all on, there is no hair dryer so we have to go to the receptionist to ask for it, even then it is not given immediately, after getting the hair dryer, it is in a condition that is not functioning properly, besides that in this hotel you have to go directly to the staff if you need a towel or tissue because if the phone is not answered, next time it is better to bring your own hair dryer, towel tissue, toiletries, you have to be patient with this hotel

1. When I first arrived, the bathtub was dirty, with traces of something, and the paint was peeling. 2. The toilet was yellow. The sheets were also brownish-yellow, and after being changed, they remained so. 3. I booked a room for two people, but was only given one toothbrush, and after I inquired, it turned out the hotel only provided one. 4. The lights in the transit room frequently went out.

The location is incredibly strategic, but the room cleanliness is lacking (it's a shame that premium room amenities are lacking in HK). The menu variety and taste are very minimal for a 4-star hotel, even making it seem low-budget.

Just arrived, the door lock is stuck. The hot water is off and the water pressure is low. Call a technician, the water pressure can be good, the hot water remains off while staying there. The TV remote is dead, and the TV only turns on for a moment, after that it can't turn on again. The bathroom has a lot of peeling. Asking for an extra towel costs an additional 20 thousand. I think it's more suitable for a 3 star and not a 4 star.

I was in a room on the 2nd floor facing the pool. The floor of the room and bathroom were dirty, lots of dust, the bathroom was dirty, the hot water was off. The room smelled musty, the changing room by the swimming pool was dirty.
