This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring. The location is very strategic, connected to the BXC mall. Inside the mall there are many activities for children, starting from the BXSea aquarium, ice skating at BXrink, and playgrounds like Funworld, etc. The service is very good, upon check-in they gave me cookies and a drink. I checked in at midnight because I came from the airport, and was given a late check-out until 2 pm. The room is very spacious, a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children is very spacious.

We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

I never get bored coming here with my husband. The staff and everyone else are incredibly friendly. The hotel area, bathroom, bed, and everything else are always clean.
