Lembang Asri Resort

The location is quite strategic, close to tourist attractions. The hotel is comfortable and cool, and the area is also spacious. Deluxe rooms don't have AC, but there is an air cooler, but it's sufficient because the air is already quite cool. The room is quite clean, the bed is comfortable, but the pillows are a bit flat. Bathroom amenities, including soap and shampoo, are a bit limited, so it's best to bring your own. The downside is there's no refrigerator or safe deposit box. If you stay here, you should try the restaurant's menu. My family and I ordered three dishes: nasi timbel (rice porridge), soto ayam (chicken soup), and iga bakar (grilled ribs) with Balinese spices. They were all delicious. 👍😊 We also got an afternoon snack. The tofu meatballs were delicious, and the cuankie was quite good. Our drink options included bandrek (rice cake), chocolate milk, and gelato. Breakfast was quite varied, including soto ayam (chicken porridge), fried rice and two side dishes, French fries, sausages, pastries, cakes, fried foods, and dim sum. Drinks included guava juice, tea, and coffee, all of which were quite tasty. For additional breakfast Rp. 100,000/1 adult.

There was no staff to help with luggage, even though the location involved going up and down stairs. The room smelled of urine. The TV was difficult to watch, constantly cutting out. My sleep was disturbed by the sound of rats on the ceiling.

First time staying at Lembang Asti Resort. Choose a junior family room. The welcome drink and welcome snack were top-notch. You get a drink, ice cream, corndog, and tek tek noodles. The room is spacious, with a long sofa. The room is quite clean. The resort area is very spacious. The food is delicious, the soto is delicious. There are lots of children's games.

Love the location, quiet area and there are so many green areas surrounding. We tried the restaurant at nighttime. Taste was okay, but some drinks were too sweet for us. For the food, it was good. Easily accessible by car and near Lembang Park and Zoo.

The place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the service is friendly and fast.

My family and I spent the weekend at Lembang Asri Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort's cool, beautiful, and tranquil atmosphere allowed us to truly enjoy our time together. The kids enjoyed playing, the parents felt comfortable, and we all got to gather and enjoy the moments together. The friendly service and comprehensive facilities made our short vacation even more memorable. We hope to stay there again someday.

It's really nice here.. It's perfect for healing here.. There's an ATV.. Flying fox too.. The kids are really happy here.

Thank God, the family loved the atmosphere and facilities. They were clean and well-equipped.

The staff was very helpful. Room service was very prompt. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower, but it was also handled very quickly. After checking out, I left something in the room and was immediately notified via WhatsApp. The swimming pool is top-notch because it uses warm water, so the kids loved it. The views inside and around the resort are truly beautiful, beautiful, and as the name suggests.

The hotel grounds are clean. The facilities are very complete. The food is also delicious. The swimming pool is warm.

The facilities are outdated, and the hot water doesn't work. It only worked after a complaint, and even then, it only worked briefly. I stayed one night and complained twice about the hot water.

The staff is responsive and friendly.

The wifi is not strong, it is strong on the smart tv z, the cellphone still uses quota

Ok hotel, recommended for families.

Lembang Asri has been my family and I's choice every time we visit Lembang for the past decade. We stayed at the Pavillion Suites and were very pleased with the comfortable room layout, but the overall facilities and furniture seemed dated. Our room also didn't have a water heater. When we requested one, it was delivered very quickly, but the lid was broken. Overall, we still had a very comfortable stay at Lembang Asri. The only downside, which I found too inconsiderable, was the incredible number of flies at breakfast, making eating uncomfortable and unsettling. Perhaps a solution could be found. 🙂
