The check-in process was very effective, it didn't take long for us to enter the room. Our trip was quite far and our child had a tantrum, we were very happy when we arrived and were allowed to check in early so our child could rest. The room was good with an affordable price, all amenities were available although not many, but enough. There were also several choices for breakfast, it didn't disappoint. When checking in, we were given a breakfast voucher for 2 people, and because we have an elementary school-aged child, so when having breakfast our child was charged additionally to enter the restaurant, but the price was more affordable than other hotels. The location is very close to Bekapai Park, walking from the hotel is only 5 minutes, around the hotel there are mini markets, coffee shops, etc. Close if you want to go anywhere. Overall, we had a pleasant experience when staying at Mega Lestari.

The rooms are exactly like in the photo, the mosque is close, Bekapai Park is close, the pool is also good for kids. Near the cinema, and near restaurants. Suitable for family stays, because it is close to everywhere, the mall is close, the sea is close. And definitely fresh air in the morning. God willing, recommended. This hotel is just right for the traveler, besides the price of the room is affordable, there is a swimming pool and fitness center as well. Ouh, not far from the hotel, there is a garden that provides various kinds of food from street vendors. The location is not far from shopping centers and beaches, really good.

CS reprimanded the guest for being unfriendly, saying that if you stay here, don't choose a standard room. In my experience, I was given a room in a separate building on the corner, climbing stairs, and it was difficult to carry things with the kids. And when we wanted to go to the room, we had to go through the restaurant, which was difficult. My wife and children just stayed in the room, embarrassed to say they could go through the restaurant. So we didn't go.

Overall, it was comfortable and satisfying. A few suggestions: pay more attention to room cleanliness before check-in, such as pillowcases and other items. On major holidays, increase the number of staff at the reception to avoid long queues. All the best, and keep up the good work!

Went in bedroom have dirty sheets and towels. Called and they replaced them. Thank you. None of food are fresh. Taste are bad even for a banana.

The rooms are quite spacious, cleanliness could be improved, the soundproofing could be improved, and the breakfast menu could be more varied and tasty. The location is strategic, with easy access to the city center, and the culinary center at Bekapai Park is very adequate.
