Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean, fragrant toilets. Complete amenities. Just a short crossing to West Beach. Delicious breakfast, and a mini water park. The kids loved it. Rented two rooms, and it was quite impressive.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and the area isn't too close to the busy center, so it's convenient and free from traffic. The rooms are poolside, so kids can be supervised if they want to swim. The food is basic but okay.

So far so good, the receptionist is friendly, the swimming pool is clean, the room is comfortable, the AC is cold, the Android TV, the WiFi is smooth, it's just a bit unfortunate that for that price they don't provide tissues in the room.

The downsides of this two-day stay were the poorly maintained fourth floor, the poorly maintained front lobby, and the most notable was the mediocre breakfast selection and taste for a four-star hotel. Please improve the food to match the 4-star rating; I found it unlike any other four-star hotel I've stayed in. The pluses were the comfortable and clean rooms, the clean swimming pool, and the hotel's proximity to the beach.
