There was no tissue in the toilet, no hotel slippers, no mug (but I immediately asked the receptionist and the cleaning staff immediately brought it, because I wanted to make coffee), because it was only midnight.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, even though we booked through the app. I booked a superior room (comfortably cool AC, non-digital TV with plenty of channels, working hot shower, etc.). The downside was that some of the walls were a bit dull, but overall, it was comfortable enough for the price.

On the morning of August 5th, I left the key with the receptionist and asked for the room to be cleaned. I returned at 2:30. When I opened the door, the room was still the same as when I checked in that morning: NOT CLEANED. It was a mess, and I had to complain before it was cleaned. The blanket also looked unclean.
