Ok for the price, food needs attention for variety and taste

Booked a Deluxe room but got a small and uncomfortable bed for 2 people.

The location is close to the airport. The room cleanliness is adequate, but the toilet cleanliness is lacking.

The Wi-Fi was super slow, often without connection. The walls were moldy, and the toilet still had traces of the previous occupant's feces.

Satisfactory, friendly service, and a fairly strategic location, not far from the airport, hospital, gas station.

Suggestions for the Owner: Hopefully, the room facilities can be upgraded. And the receptionist should be more responsive to incoming calls or WhatsApp messages.

It's close to the airport, offers a free shuttle, free breakfast, and is close to a minimarket and Selamat & Nony pempek. Overall, the price and amenities are comparable.

The food is all delicious. The CS is very friendly. The room is nice, the AC is cold, the hot water is on.. Great, keep it up!

On the morning of August 5th, I left the key with the receptionist and asked for the room to be cleaned. I returned at 2:30. When I opened the door, the room was still the same as when I checked in that morning: NOT CLEANED. It was a mess, and I had to complain before it was cleaned. The blanket also looked unclean.

kamar tidak dibersihkan, padahal saya sudah minta kamar dibersihkan, disampaikan waktu titip kartu tap ke resepsionis (5 Agst, Pagi), tp saat kembali pada skitar jam 14.00, kamar belum juga di bersihkan. KACAU.
