The staff were very friendly and very helpful when I left something behind after checking out.

The location is right on the side of the road so it's not too difficult to get there, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, the room is honestly spacious and has a balcony, the atmosphere is really cool, the lobby area for waiting is also very comfortable, thank you moscatoo see you on your next vacation 😍🤍

The location is great, but the bed and pillows in the room are really hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. It's time to replace the towels, as they're already faded. Other than that, everything is fine.

A very comfortable place to stay or vacation with family, the hotel is clean, the facilities are quite complete and neat, there are two swimming pools and equipped with a jacuzzi for children with lukewarm water. The breakfast also tastes delicious restaurant-style and is quite complete. The hotel atmosphere is also comfortable for resting with cool and beautiful air because it is surrounded by lots of green plants. A very exciting experience staying there, and hopefully can stay again and vacation there. Oh yes, there are two buildings, the old and the new building, but the old building is also still good and really okay.

The hotel reception staff was humble, and the service was excellent. Even during peak season, check-in and check-out were handled well. Thank you 🙏🫶🔥😍

The hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are okay, and the service is friendly. If I may criticize, honestly, the hotel towels are like cheap towels, sorry 🙏🏻 because they aren't absorbent at all. The rest of the hotel is very good.

Strategic location on the edge of Lembang road, spacious rooms with large beds, new building, clean, 3 pools. Good breakfast.

Great location. Cleanliness was good. Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Hot water in the room worked well. There's a heated swimming pool, but it was under maintenance when I visited. Overall, it's good. I'll come back here again next time I'm in Lembang, but I'll choose a deluxe room facing the pool. Thanks, Moscato

My husband and I checked into a hotel for the first time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those looking to stay near Lembang, where the weather is refreshing.

location right on the roadside. Clean hotel, friendly staff, good service. We were in a deluxe king room facing the main road, we used the king bed for four people, 2 adults + 2 children comfortably and spaciously. Because it is next to the main road, it is noisy, the sound of vehicles entering the room but it can still be used for resting. Suggestion, if you want to book a room, ask for one facing the pool, it is quieter. The pool is available warm and cold, clean, can be used by all. Breakfast is varied and delicious. I didn't go to the dining table and chairs section, so I ate outside the pantry. Lots of flies, hopefully the hotel will take action on these flies. We added breakfast for adults Rp. 100,000-/px; children Rp. 65,000,-/px. The check-in and check-out process was fast. Shampoo and soap are provided, small. Hot shower is okay. For the price of a 3-star hotel, I think it's really good, next time I want to stay there again.

The new swimming pool is really nice, the view is also great, the lobby and rooms are quite okay. I don't understand why breakfast is so expensive, and when I was there, I hardly saw anyone else having breakfast.
