Very new. Opened June 2024. The hotel spa is superb. I had a deep tissue massage. One of the best ice ever tried (I do body massage at least per fortnight). Location is good. Lots of food choices. Easy access to every where in Jakarta.

Luxury in the midst of a poor area. Close to many key locations. Staff are amazing! They go the extra mile for you! They took me across the road to a mini mart for shopping. I’ve seen some reviews stating the rooms are small and yes this is slightly correct but I think they’re good enough to accomodate a couple! The design, fresh look and the brand new design is evident. The buffet is diverse and covering a multitude of cuisines.

Great staff, great dining, all that worked there seem motivated and genuinely concerned about customer experience. The floor I was on was somewhat noisy, I think it was the laundering machines, otherwise it was an awesome stay. Fully recommend

I stayed 3 nights and was very impressed with the restaurant staff who was on duty at the front, a woman who was very unfriendly and very unresponsive to guests, was it because I was a local guest? Different treatment when the person who came was a foreigner.

This hotel is awesome. I love it. It beats other 5 star hotels in terms of service and breakfast quality. The lobby is also really cool. The breakfast is very varied and everything is delicious, seriously. All the food is delicious, flavorful. And kids are free until age 12. It is really worth staying here. The rooms are also cool. Feel at home and will definitely stay here again. The location is very strategic, close to culinary, so it's not a hassle to find food outside. Good facilities, delicious breakfast. Suggestion, for the uphill or downhill alleys to the car park, it's better to provide safety rubber on the corners of the alley walls so that the car doesn't get scratched, because the alley is quite narrow.

Very nice experience here! I like the ambience eventho the hotel is still in renovation. When I checked in the was also chocolate hour so we can eat dessert and drink chocolate for free. Definitely will come again later when everything are settled.
