My experience of staying at the Nemuru Hotel for 4 days, firstly, the towels were not replaced, secondly, the coffee sachets provided in the room were not refilled, thirdly, the water heater had no heat at all.

Hello, overall good hotel, nice, clean, etc. But when I wanted to check in, there was a deposit, it turned out that it had to be cash, guys, no debit or QR, and the card also couldn't be used to tap the elevator and the room, so I had to go back to change the card -_-. The shower pressure was also a bit low but enough, there was a water heater, soap, shampoo, clean towels, etc. The smart TV was also on when I arrived, I could still watch Netflix, then I left it for 1 hour, it seems that when I came back there was no internet connection, I also tried using a personal hotspot but it didn't work:(
I checked out at 6:30 or 7:00 in the morning, but it turned out that I had to chat with someone who was late to check out at 12:30 and was charged an incorrect amount xixi, please improve your communication with the deposit information, so that I can prepare cash before I arrive.. that's all. For those who are not very important looking for a comfortable room, please stay here. I checked in and was asked to be given a room with AC that was not cold, asked to change rooms but was not given, fixing the AC was only done by pressing the remote button, without any clear solution. Don't have high expectations.
