I've been a regular stayer here for the past three years. The management is much better now, and the AC, which used to be hot, has now been fixed. Staying here is even more comfortable.

Sis, please check the mattress again, it's starting to sag, and please clean the bathroom so it doesn't smell of urine, because I had to spray the floor with the shower before the smell went away a little, and when I flushed the floor, it was black like a stain that had settled for a long time, please fix it, thank you.

Old hotel, the word 'old' defines this hotel. Need to ask to change the bedsheet because it was dirty. The drain in the bathtub is not working normally, you will be showering in a puddle. No hot water, already asked for fixing the problem but nothing changed. Will not stay here again in the future.
