A hotel worth checking out while in Cilacap. A five-day stay in Cilacap at a relatively affordable price compared to other hotels. The food and breakfast were quite delicious, and the staff was friendly and very helpful when we had any room issues. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at the Nolla Hotel. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean, comfortable, and quiet for a good rest.

Cheap. The former @home is quite old and needs a refresh of the interior and amenities if it's to be busy again. The bathrooms and air conditioning are too old.

I always have a comfortable staycation here. It's close to the city center, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the air conditioning is cool. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Cilacap.

I've been a regular stayer here for the past three years. The management is much better now, and the AC, which used to be hot, has now been fixed. Staying here is even more comfortable.

This hotel's ambiance looks great in the pictures, but the room ambiance isn't as pleasant in reality. The food variety is limited, and it seems ordinary for a 4-star hotel.

Old hotel, the word 'old' defines this hotel. Need to ask to change the bedsheet because it was dirty. The drain in the bathtub is not working normally, you will be showering in a puddle. No hot water, already asked for fixing the problem but nothing changed. Will not stay here again in the future.

The bedsheets still have red spots, they are not completely clean, the lights sometimes go out.

The room is good, but some of the facilities are damaged, it would be better to repair them to make it more comfortable.
