Novotel Bali Benoa

Professional photographer inside reception to capture special moment for was great for us. Rooms where always clean and well looked after.. Only downside 2nd pool was down for maintenance

We stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa for 3 nights as a family of five and had an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is perfectly set up for families — our kids especially loved the dedicated kids pool and the vibrant kids club, which gave us some time to relax while they had their own adventures. One of the most magnificent features of this hotel is its private beach — peaceful, clean, and just steps away from the resort. It really gave our stay that extra tropical charm. The food and drinks were enjoyable and reasonably priced. While the overall quality was good, we do feel there’s room for improvement in terms of variety and consistency of food offerings. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Aditiya, who went above and beyond by waiving our late check-out fee — a generous gesture that saved us around $100 AUD and truly left a lasting impression. Overall, Novotel Bali Benoa offers great value and warm hospitality in a beautiful beachfront setting. We’d definitely consider coming back for another family escape.

Everyone is extremely friendly and accomodating. I was travelling alone with my two kids and no request is too big or too small. Very quiet and friendly. The hotel is not brand new, it’s a little bit run down, but still excellent condition. All pools are great for adults and lids. This is our second time in this hotel and won’t be the last one.

This is our second stay at the property and we love it here. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, comfortable beds and nice areas around the hotel. We will be back!

I enjoyed my stay as everyone was kind, and very welcoming. The hotel is good with very minor things that needs attention. It’s an old Hotel but well maintained. New pool looks fantastic and the location is great.

It’s a nice property and excellent staff, but hotel is in renovation so check before booking if everything is functional specifically swimming pool and restaurants

The location of the property is just awesome.Great ambience and place to go with the family.Food is very good and overall cleanliness and hospitality of the staff is just so good and praiseworthy.A great place so come,relax and have a lovely vacation for all.

The property needs updating. We found the reception staff very rude compared to all the other staff. The location is beautiful but more choices of restaurants is required within the complex especially if you are all inclusive, the menu is small! I won’t be going back!!

Great location on the beach and clean rooms. Staff were friendly however we were continually harassed about our expenses during our stay. When we arrived we provided a credit card hold so that we could utilize the restaurants, room service and bar facilities. However throughout the stay we we received two letters in our room asking us to increase our credit hold, despite trying to increase our hold the day prior and being told $200 hold was more than enough. On one particular evening we received two phone calls after 8pm when our kids were trying to sleep asking us to come immediately and increase the hold. I went down to reception and paid off the entire account and we didn't use the restaurant or bars for the remainder of the stay. Not really sure why it operated like this but it put a dampener on our holiday.

Novotel Bali Benoa is an absolutely gem, we liked their facilities, breakfast selection, cleanness of the site and staff positive attitude from the guide who assist to cross the street to the front office desk. The hotel is located in a seclude area of Nusa Dua perfect for families with children who seek quietness but also next to the action of water sports. Due to the distance to the main facilities in the area private transport is normally needed, the good shops and restaurants are located few kms away. We had a great time at Novotel Benoa however I'd like to share an unusual case which called my attention. My kid wanted a cup of ice cream, we approached the shop only to realize that one scoop of it costed AUD $18, I thought at first that I was wrong with the conversion rate only to confirm that indeed that was the price, in my opinion that need to be reviewed. We also decided to visit the near by massage place due to the high costs of the therapy in the local facilities

Novotel in Benoa was nice enough, but we enjoyed our stay at a smaller hotel in Kuta better. We found Novotel too expensive (which is a product of it being in Nusa Dua). We stayed there with our young children, but we found most of the other clientele were older folks, so we were worried about our children being too loud all the time. We also got a random knock on our door at 930pm one night from house keeping asking us if we wanted our bed made up (which was frustrating, because it woke our kids). I assume they accidentally came to the wrong room. Finally, while the room we stayed in was advertised as 2 single beds, the photos are a little misleading and they looked like 2 double beds (it was 2 single beds). Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean!

The property is in need of a serious upgrade, bathroom and toilet were clean but badly stained/scratched. Blinds were frayed and dirty. The blind on the door fell off its roller and had to be fixed. On three separate occasions the lighting in tha hall and on the stairs outside my room which was a serious issue in terms of negotiating the stair case. I was disappointed as I expected more from the photos which I saw on the website. The staff however were all lovely.
