We stayed for two days and the kids had a great time. There are several activities for kids, including free ones like an indoor playground with plenty of toys, playing with and feeding rabbits, swimming, cupcake decorating on Sunday mornings, movie nights on Saturday nights, and paid activities like horse riding, painting, and mini golf.
Overall, it was fun. The kids loved swimming, but unfortunately, none of the pools are heated, so it was quite cold in the chilly Puncak weather.
They also offer photoshoots, where you get one free printed photo with a frame. If you want more photos, they also offer a paid package. The photoshoots are quite professional, with a photographer and flash. You can choose two or three spots, so if you come here, don't forget to bring nice clothes for photos, as this hotel has many great spots, especially the beautiful lobby.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that's unbearable is the distance. It's really far if you're going during the closed-down road to Puncak. It takes 3.5 hours from Cikarang to the hotel, on a winding road. But the return trip, because the road wasn't closed, only takes 2.5 hours.
If you're coming here, consider the most convenient and quickest time.
Oh, for those who like or are used to Chinese food, the hotel doesn't have any. There's a restaurant, but all the food is Indonesian. There's also a Barra cafe that serves Western food.
If you want Chinese food, go out and go to the restaurant yourself, because I've tried searching on GoFood and GrabFood and couldn't find it.
