My most unpleasant experience was when checking in, the hotel receptionist suggested checking in in the afternoon because it was still in the room cleaning stage. please re-evaluate related cleaning management.

Check-in request at 12, I came at 13, still not allowed to enter with the reason of check-in time at 14. Another reason for not having bed linen and towel backup so wait for the laundry to dry, fed up with the reason the room is not clean, the bathroom is dirty and Shower error, window is broken, thank you.
