Lampu kamar mati 2x. Water heater & TV mati total. Ac ga dingin pdhl udah 16c, rusak? I don't know. Koridor pagi-sore gelap & seram. Kamar mandi redup, kotor, bau, banyak lalat limbah. Handuk, bed, selimut, sprai, tembok, semuanya kotor. Akses ke hotel banyak portal, better check in sebelum sore kalo bawa mobil. Ga ada toiletries & air mineral. Dapet kamar no. 19, kebetulan baru tidur jam 3 pagi, so far sih ga ada horor macem suara geser furniture/anak kecil setan kayak review yg lain.

Kamar tidak terawat, kasur banyak noda, wastafel rusak, gorden udah rusak minta pindah kamar sama aja, tidak ada perubahan. Tetap kotor, and then air nya kotor banget. Ga bersihh, kamar mandi ada cacing, kloset jongkok nya rusak parahh. Kamar mandi ventilasinya jendela kecil. Itupun bau banget kamar mandi nya. Saya komplain tv error, kata penjaganya harus panggil teknisi. Malah nanya balik-balikmungkin teteh bisa, soalnya saya hanya menjaga bukan memperbaiki-memperbaikilah ini malah nyuruh, seenggaknya telpon teknisi. Padahal nginep di hotel 2 hari. Jadi nya ngutak-ngatik tv supaya tidak error, alhasil bukannya nginep tenang malah benerin tv sampai bisa usaha sendiri. Pelayanan nya kurang banget.

The water ran out, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the hotel staff was difficult to contact, the hotel staff was noisy while playing games in the middle of the night, it wasn't really suitable for sleeping, there wasn't any comfort.

Old school AC, NOT cold. The floor of the room is black. There are now many models of cleaning fluids. Too bad it's not being looked after. The toilet is the same. DIRTY.

The place is neat and clean, but there are some facilities that are lacking, such as the TV being dead, the mattress needs to be cleaned again, it was a bit of a hassle staying there last night.
