It's been my second experience staying here, still comfortable with friendly staff service, a clean and fragrant hotel, affordable prices and good facilities in its class. For a city hotel, this is pretty good. The room was clean, fragrant, and spacious. However, when I stayed last night, renovations were underway, and it was incredibly noisy. It was really uncomfortable. Overall, Hotel Pangeran is great, but when there's construction going on, it seems to be noisy all day. The workers are also noisy at night. 😞

Please pay more attention to the toilets in the rooms. I booked two rooms. One room had a really dirty toilet. The second room had a toilet that didn't work and wouldn't flush. I've informed the staff, but they still haven't fixed it. I won't be staying at Pangeran again. It's really bad. I'm fed up.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with prayer mats and a Quran provided. The rooms are soundproof. The hotel is centrally located, with a food stall across the street, and a BNI bank next to it. I've stayed here twice and found them satisfactory.

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, and the 100,000 IDR deposit was not returned because it wasn't recorded (they didn't provide a receipt). CCTV checks were not performed.

- We were unable to contact you because WhatsApp was not installed on the phone number you provided during check-in, and your phone is not functioning correctly.
