The staff was friendly, but my first impression was less than pleasant. Upon entering, the room smelled, and the sheets smelled. I asked for a change, and it was immediately replaced, but the smell was still unpleasant. But it was better compared to the first time. There were also dirty pillows and used sheets stored in the closet. Towels weren't ready in the room either. I had booked the wrong hotel from the start. I thought it was Pangeran Beach Hotel, but it turned out to be Pangeran City. The photos looked like Pangeran Beach Hotel. So, be careful before booking a hotel.

The room was dark, the pillows were shabby, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, the toilet was dirty, the floor was black, and the room wasn't soundproof either.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, close to everywhere, cold AC, really delicious breakfast, basically the best.

I have been staying at Pangeran City every year when I go home for Eid, but the last time I stayed, the breakfast was not good, the sugar in the lonsay was not good at all and the breakfast choices were very limited.

The hotel is really great... and all the staff are really nice.

It can be a great choice for spending the night in Padang City.

Sorry, the bathroom smells really bad, the curtains and mattress pad have lots of stains, the pillow is too big to the point that the pillowcase is torn, there is a lot of dust on the floor in the corners of the room, there is no doormat, I have reported it to the receptionist and they just said yes but they didn't give me anything.
