The rooms are spacious and clean, with prayer mats and a Quran provided. The rooms are soundproof. The hotel is centrally located, with a food stall across the street, and a BNI bank next to it. I've stayed here twice and found them satisfactory.

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, and the 100,000 IDR deposit was not returned because it wasn't recorded (they didn't provide a receipt). CCTV checks were not performed.

The staff was friendly, but my first impression was less than pleasant. Upon entering, the room smelled, and the sheets smelled. I asked for a change, and it was immediately replaced, but the smell was still unpleasant. But it was better compared to the first time. There were also dirty pillows and used sheets stored in the closet. Towels weren't ready in the room either. I had booked the wrong hotel from the start. I thought it was Pangeran Beach Hotel, but it turned out to be Pangeran City. The photos looked like Pangeran Beach Hotel. So, be careful before booking a hotel.
