All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are also complete, from the garden and swimming pool to the fitness center. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommended for families on vacation. Oh yes, it's very close to Malioboro, which is a big plus. Overall, it's the best. The location is very strategic, the hotel is also new, so it is still very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. The room is very spacious with a balcony so every evening we can enjoy the atmosphere and views of the hotel surroundings. Complete in-room amenities are provided, even prayer mats are provided in the room without having to request. The breakfast menu is very varied. I received delivery service to the station. Stayed there for 3 days, the staff recognized me, and the personal touch was very noticeable. Super excellent service. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Patra for two nights on business. Check-in was quick at 4 AM. Breakfast was quite extensive. The room was comfortable, but the curtains were only one layer, so you could see straight through when you opened them. There were plenty of comfortable seats in front of the hotel.

The hotel is clean, nice, comfortable, and convenient. It's close to everything, especially Malioboro. Everyone should definitely try staying here. The kids especially loved being able to walk to the Butter Blue Cafe, which has a giant cat.

The hotel staff are all friendly, whether it's quiet or busy. The hotel is strategically located near the Malioboro shopping center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom door is made of frosted glass, which is still somewhat uncomfortable.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights (Friday, July 10, 2026 to Sunday, July 12, 2026), a family of four from Bandung. Alhamdulillah, we were quite satisfied and had a memorable stay at Patra Hotel Malioboro. You can leave your laptop in the room through customer service, and you can also request to have your room, toilet cleaned, and sheets and towels changed. Coffee and other refreshments are available, but you can get hot water from the dispenser outside the room. Prayer mats, a Quran, and even a Bible are available. Overall, we had a quite memorable stay at Patra Hotel Malioboro. Keep up the good work, customers! 🫶🏻

The hotel has a really fun concept. It's really nice. It's a 3-star hotel, but it feels like a 4-star hotel. The kids loved staying here. It's also just a short walk from Malioboro. There are lots of snacks and souvenirs in front of the hotel.
