The room was comfortable and perfect for a short stay or transit. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and the service was good. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if the water dispenser could be checked at night when the gallon is running low, so a fresh one could be available by around 6–7 AM. Other than that, everything was good. Thank you for the hospitality!

If you're looking for a hotel in the heart of Solo that's close to everything and affordable, Pop Hotel is the solution. In my opinion, the rooms, although average for a hotel, are quite comfortable. The hotel facilities are also okay, like the TV has Netflix, Spotify, YouTube. I think it's enough, even the hot water is on. The housekeeping is also very clean when you ask for the room to be cleaned. Room service is also very good service, even though the delivery person is still a trainee, the food is also very delicious. The front office team is also nice, at that time I couldn't check in early and when I was able to check in, they immediately WhatsApp me. Such a nice reminder. Highly recommend to people!

The staff was friendly, and overall everything was fine. The only downside was the room was cramped and lacked freshness. The good thing was the unlimited hot and cold drinks. The TV was okay, the Wi-Fi was good, but the bathroom didn't have a lock, and the shower wasn't great, and it leaked.

The hotel was within budget, so I wasn't expecting too much, but it was clean and tidy. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but since I was here for CFD, I could leave the hotel and find alternatives. Hopefully, Pop Hotel will continue to thrive.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. Mosquitoes are infested in the lobby and rooms, and check-out times more than two hours later will incur a 50% charge.

For the past few months, I have wanted to stay at POP because it is close to the station and places to eat, with a cheap price but not cheap because everything is well maintained, one of the good budget hotels in my opinion.
