It's quite comfortable and the amenities are complete, but it's a shame the TV isn't smart yet

It was fun, but because it was a busy weekend, the towels were late and a bit shabby, the toilet shower hook was broken.

The location is on the main road so it is strategic to go everywhere, the rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious.

The room was decent for the price, but the towels had become dull and no longer white. Regular checks and periodic replacement (e.g., every 6-12 months, depending on use and quality) are recommended to maintain their color and softness.

Friendly staff Clean room Food is pretty good, but unfortunately, you have to pay for an omelet, even though omelets are included in breakfast everywhere. The towels look old and small, and they're no longer white, tending to be brown. You might want to budget for new ones. You can't borrow an iron, so you end up using a press. If you stay here, you'll likely have to bring your own (iron, hairdryer, knife), as the hotel doesn't provide any. You can't even borrow plates. When I bought a mango and wanted to peel it, I couldn't borrow a knife, nor could I borrow plates. You couldn't bring anything into the room. But it's okay. That's standard operating procedure. I can't force them, but it might be worth considering.

Friendly staff upon check-in, can request a change of bed type. However, the room is not very comfortable because it is not soundproof.

The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was as requested. I got a top-level room with an extra view of Solo. I'll be staying here again next time I go to Solo. Thank you.
