POP! Hotel Tanjung Karang

Great and cool service

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was quite impressive. It's close to culinary delights and the city center. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly, and my extended family and I were accommodated on the same floor and wing. It's a great choice for a budget-friendly stay in Lampung.

In terms of location, it's actually very safe because it's close to the city center. However, unfortunately in terms of service, I think the staff was lacking. Perhaps because we booked a regular room, the staff's manner of speaking to us was less than pleasant and unfriendly. They seemed indifferent. The bathroom shower wasn't working, and we should have informed the staff, but because the staff was not helpful from the start, we decided to rest because we happened to only be staying there for one night. Even though this wasn't my first time staying at this hotel, I'll probably think twice about staying here again next time.

The hotel staff was very helpful when I checked in. They gave me a comfortable room and helped me store food in the freezer. The lady was very kind and helpful, especially the one who was on duty on the evening of March 26th. Thank you so much, Miss 🙏

The TV channel was problematic and the bathroom had no water for a while, but it was finally fixed by the hotel staff, the rest was okay.

Very affordable. The location is in the city center, you can just walk to the famous Bakso Sony. It is near several popular restaurants like Begadang 2 and Saung Bang Ocid. Across the street there is Indomaret and ATM also. The room is clean and there is a dispenser where you can refill your drink. Highly recommended

Always a choice during homecoming and for the bathrooms, some of the rooms are already permanent, not cylinders anymore.... Awesome 👍

Pop Hotel's bathroom is no longer a cylinder, but is now completely glass, really cool, and the green appearance is now very minimal, replaced with a more elegant and minimalist one ✨

This hotel is located close to a mall and several tourist attractions, making it perfect for those in transit or simply visiting Lampung. There's a cafe and minimarket right across the street, catering to guests' needs. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very clean, with comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. The hotel was full at the time, and the staff offered valet service. 10 thumbs up!!

Booked a room for my parents. It was very comfortable. Every corner of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location in the city center makes it easily accessible. I'd probably stay here again if I were in Lampung.
