My family and I stayed here for three nights in the Family Suite. If you're traveling with your family, make a reservation because it's fully equipped: cooking facilities, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and more. The two beds are plenty big enough for four people. I'll be back someday.

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I'm sure if I come back to Yogya I will stay here again. The room is very aesthetic and smells good, it also has a swimming pool on the top floor. Very cool.

Baru pertama kali menginap di guest house dan menurut saya fasilitas dan pelayanan guest house ini tidak kalah dibanding 2-star/3-star hotel, harga terjangkau dengan fasilitas AC, heater, kettle air panas, kulkas, air minum galon, amenities yang cukup, serta card access bila dibanding harga yang ditawarkan sangat worth. Untuk menuju wisata di Kotagede hanya butuh 5 menitan menggunakan sepeda motor. Ke Malioboro, Taman Sari/Keraton, Prawirotaman, Terminal Giwangan butuh waktu 15 menitan menggunakan sepeda motor. Bagi saya lokasi cukup strategis dan tenang. Hanya saja suara berisik dari luar kamar bisa terdengar dari dalam (perlu kebijakan kebisingan). Overall sangat puas!

Salah satu guest house yang direkomendasikan kalau mampir ke Yogya. Kamar bersih, AC dingin, kamar mandi juga bersih. Resepsionis ramah dan sangat helpful 👍🏻. Akan kembali menginap ke sini lagi saat mampir Yogya.

The rooftop pool is nice, but the water is dirty. The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can still hear sounds from the next room. Otherwise, it's fine. The bathroom can be transparent, perfect for couples looking for romance.

The facilities are complete but very poorly maintained and seem haphazard. The staff is unfriendly, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the air conditioning isn't cold, the refrigerator doesn't work, the water jug in the room is empty, and there are no towels.

It was a great stay ☺ 1. The staff was friendly and efficient. 2. Check-in and check-out were fast. 3. The location was easy to find and reach. 4. The atmosphere at the inn was very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. 5. The rooms were clean and tidy. 6. The AC was very cold and the hot shower was consistently warm. 7. A refrigerator, gallon jug, and water dispenser were provided. 8. The price was very affordable. 9. The suite was on the third floor, right in front of the swimming pool, very pleasant. I would love to stay at Premier Exclusive Guest House again if I get the chance ☺

A big no! As soon as we entered the room, there were no towels, mats, or toiletries like toothbrushes. The AC wasn't cooling, and worst of all, trash from the previous guest hadn't been cleaned up and was still left in the room.

We apologize for the staff's lack of responsiveness. The TV wouldn't turn on throughout our stay, claiming the sensor was blocked or something. We request that the staff be more supportive of our customers and provide better service in the future. Thank you.

The staff was rude, the TV wouldn't turn on, instead of being fixed by the staff, the customer was told to wait. When they arrived at the room, there were no towels. When they asked for towels, they told them they had limited supplies. The refrigerator was clearly dead, the thermometer wouldn't turn, they told them to wait until it cooled down. It's funny that if someone breaks, they say it's broken instead of being told to wait. They even charged an extra 50,000 rupiah for checking in 30 minutes before check-in time. Very unsatisfactory in many aspects 😂
