The rooftop pool is nice, but the water is dirty. The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can still hear sounds from the next room. Otherwise, it's fine. The bathroom can be transparent, perfect for couples looking for romance.

The facilities are complete but very poorly maintained and seem haphazard. The staff is unfriendly, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the air conditioning isn't cold, the refrigerator doesn't work, the water jug in the room is empty, and there are no towels.

A big no! As soon as we entered the room, there were no towels, mats, or toiletries like toothbrushes. The AC wasn't cooling, and worst of all, trash from the previous guest hadn't been cleaned up and was still left in the room.

My family and I stayed here for three nights in the Family Suite. If you're traveling with your family, make a reservation because it's fully equipped: cooking facilities, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and more. The two beds are plenty big enough for four people. I'll be back someday.

We apologize for the staff's lack of responsiveness. The TV wouldn't turn on throughout our stay, claiming the sensor was blocked or something. We request that the staff be more supportive of our customers and provide better service in the future. Thank you.

The staff was rude, the TV wouldn't turn on, instead of being fixed by the staff, the customer was told to wait. When they arrived at the room, there were no towels. When they asked for towels, they told them they had limited supplies. The refrigerator was clearly dead, the thermometer wouldn't turn, they told them to wait until it cooled down. It's funny that if someone breaks, they say it's broken instead of being told to wait. They even charged an extra 50,000 rupiah for checking in 30 minutes before check-in time. Very unsatisfactory in many aspects 😂

The receptionist was completely unfriendly, the service was very poor, and the AC in room 301 was broken. I couldn't sleep and wouldn't wake up even after repeatedly ringing the doorbell.
