One area that needs improvement is the staff's responsiveness. I asked for a fork and spoon to eat in my room. They arrived about an hour later, and my food was already long gone. Then they called at 11 PM, saying they were going to fix the toilet. I don't know, maybe my relative had reported it earlier that the toilet was clogged (the water wouldn't drain smoothly from the bathroom floor), but they didn't even arrive at 11 PM. What a shame for a 5-star hotel.
