5 days of staying here, I had the experience of meeting 2 cockroaches. Immediately crushed with shoes. The paint on the wall above the bedroom window was stained and dirty. The receptionist was not friendly. Apart from that, everything was good.

For a transit hotel, it's not bad, because it's close to the airport. Unfortunately, the staff is still lacking in service standards to guests. There's no hot water in the bathroom, the TV channels are all showing ants, the toilet is really slow to come down, the AC isn't too cold either.

The pictures of the hotel showed food photographs which to me implied. They had a restaurant but they did not have a restaurant. Also the whole hotel and especially my room felt incredibly dark because the external window had been covered up with film and didn't let any light in. I forfeited my weeklong booking after only one evening in the hotel.

The hotel turns off the lights and doesn't turn on the generator. In hotels, the rooms are more closed, so it's uncomfortable if the lights are off and there is no air conditioning. Asked why the generator wasn't turned on, he replied that it was repairing.

Dirty water, paying the hotel for 560,000 does not match the facilities that you get. Sorry for having already booked. The closet is dirty. The reason for running out of water. It doesn't make sense. If you run out of water, you should order immediately. Highly not recommended.
