Resort Prima Coolibah

My rating is 8/10, and I'll list the pros and cons below. The pros: 1. The place is perfect for those who like quiet. 2. The air is cold, so there's no air conditioning in the room. 3. The swimming pool is clean. 4. The water heater works, although the bathroom is a bit old-fashioned. Overall, it's still nice because the water is crystal clear. 5. Toiletries are provided. 6. Towels and two small bottles of mineral water are provided. 7. There's a Qibla direction in the room. 8. The receptionist and staff who deliver breakfast to your room are all friendly. 9. There's no deposit; upon check-in, you just have to check your ID and fill in your personal information. Upon check-out, you just hand over your access card. 10. The TV and Wi-Fi work, although the password didn't work a few times, but the staff quickly responded via WhatsApp to try a different one. 11. The room smells great. The downsides: 1. While this is perfect for those who like quiet, it's quite far from the main road. The road leading here is also quite rocky, so make sure your vehicle is safe. 2. The restaurant wasn't open, probably because I stayed on a weekday. However, they provided a menu in the room, and you can probably order via WhatsApp. 3. Breakfast is delivered. I requested 8am, but it was a bit late and I had to ask via the WhatsApp number in the room before it arrived. Overall, everything was fine for me, with the usual pluses and minuses. 🫰

The hotel staff was very friendly. Booked through the app, chatted with the receptionist and asked for a deluxe upgrade and a mountain view. And yes, I got room 201, and the view was just as beautiful as room 301. Breakfast was also good, perhaps switching to a buffet would be more varied. The location is a bit off the main road, about 5-7 minutes. Otherwise, it's fine ☺️

Everything is great, I've never been disappointed staying here. The only thing is that the access road is still a bit unfinished. Hopefully, access to the hotel can be improved in the future. 👍🏻

The views and atmosphere are top-notch, but the amenities are seriously lacking. I'd like to complain, but the price per room is cheap, so it's just okay, but it's still a nice stay. The staff is also very friendly.

Not bad, cheap price, cool comfortable place, warm water is very refreshing after swimming in cold water.

Everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi was slow, that's all. And the location, because it's a bit scary to get in at night, but it's peaceful for a good rest.

The hotel has clean rooms and clean bathrooms, I will be a regular at this hotel, I stayed here for 2 days, it was great.

The Wi-Fi in the room was dead, and the TV couldn't be used. The balcony door was hard to open. The mattress was itchy, as if it hadn't been cleaned.
