Strategic location, even though it's in front of a busy hotel, the noise is muffled. The bathroom needs attention, as I'm afraid of cockroaches, and I'm a bit paranoid about the smell 😱. As for the rest, from the receptionist, security, and staff, everyone is friendly 🥰.

The location is comfortable and strategic, but check-in is at 2:00 PM, which is a bit late. I recommend checking in at 1:00 PM and checking out at 1:00 PM, so you can truly enjoy a 24-hour stay.

Sorry to say, the hotel was incredibly dirty. I booked a superior room for around 340 rupiah, but the floor was dirty, the bedcover looked like it hadn't been changed, the pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed, and the sheets were the same. I didn't expect a superior room, but I got a room with a dirty floor and everything about the bed looked like it hadn't been changed. There were no facial tissues, only a roll of toilet paper. The soap provided in the bathroom wasn't refilled, and it was almost empty. The chairs and table were also dirty, and the room was dark and not soundproof. The breakfast spoons and forks were mostly dusty, and there were no tissues on the table. The only plus point is that it's close to the city center. Cleanliness needs to be improved, as I think it's number one.

The hotel is within walking distance to the town square, monument, grand mosque, Kayu Tangan, and Klojen market. The tranquil atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. Friendly service. Public transportation is readily available. Finding food is easy.

It's very close to the city center; you can even walk to Kayutangan. The mall is also right in front of the hotel, just a short walk across. Overall, it's excellent, with easy access everywhere.

The hotel is really strategic, close to everywhere, to Malang Square, sma to Kayutangan, just walk, it's really nice, close to every sma But what I don't like is the noise level in the room, I wake up when I'm sleeping, the sound of the fan is so loud, like the sound of my cellphone vibrating, but it's so loud in the next room that it wakes me up when I'm sleeping
