The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here, and if you want to go to Kayutangan Heritage, it's just a short walk away. It's the best!

The location and staff were great, but when I got to the room, it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned. There were still sandals from the previous occupants under my mattress. The bathroom was actually fine, just a bit smelly. Overall, it was okay for a one-day stay.

The empty soap bar wasn't refilled. Luckily, I brought my own. The room was very cramped. The sound of someone clipping their nails outside could be heard from inside.

Close to the city center. It's close by, not too far away, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Our stay at the Riche Heritage Hotel was very satisfying. The service was very friendly, the room was clean, even though we had a standard room. The hotel grounds are beautiful and pleasant.

The family room is worth the price. The floor of the family room looks dirty, but it's not likely due to old tiles, unlike the other rooms, which are in good condition. Breakfast is also delicious, quite extensive. 🙂

In room 109, the air conditioning wasn't working optimally and wasn't cooling very well. We hope this can be fixed next time to maximize room comfort.

Early morning check-in due to the early arrival of the train. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage to the front of the room. The room amenities were commensurate with the price. Cleanliness could be improved.

1. Friendly and very helpful staff. 2. Strategic location close to the station and public transportation. 3. Many places to eat near the hotel. 4. The family room is spacious and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 small child. The disadvantages: 1. Towels were not provided in the room upon check-in. 2. There was no mat in front of the bathroom. 3. The shower gel was hard to get out, it seemed to be out of stock. 4. There was still hair under the table and mattress. Please improve the cleanliness and always check the room facilities because the hotel location is very good and strategic.

I booked a relaxing room, but I wasn't careful enough to find out there wasn't a TV. The room looked like a boarding house, not a hotel. Maybe it was because it was an old hotel, even though I'd seen good reviews.
