Ekonomis, praktis, dan nyaman. AC-nya bikin nyaman, tidur jadi pulas. Suasana kamarnya bagus untuk istirahat karena senyap. Ada tempat salat, WC bersih dan nyaman dengan shower. The place is close to the station and mall. There's Padang food inside the hostel, so you don't have to worry about ordering food online. The rooms are cabins, with plywood walls and curtain doors. My suggestion is that after guests check out, the cabins should be cleaned and tidied up, because when I entered the cabin, there was still hair from the previous guest who used the cabin. The bathroom is generally adequate, although there are ventilation holes that sometimes make you paranoid about someone peeking in. In conclusion, it's suitable for solo backpackers at an affordable price. If you want better quality, it's better to get a hotel. Again, you get what you pay for.

It's very uncomfortable downstairs because the people upstairs can't stay still. The room shakes, and you can't sleep until you oversleep on the train.

The food is delicious, the location is strategic, but unfortunately the room is not very clean, the sheets look dull and shabby, the blanket is itchy and rough, there is no room key, the toilet door is broken, the bathroom has no hanger. For that price, you should get toiletries, but here there are none. The AC also has no remote.

yes it's true .. cheap .. only 50 thousand .. but that doesn't mean with only one bathroom for about 20 people (on the 2nd floor) if I remember correctly .. also the bathroom on the 3rd floor is very improper even the water smells like sewage .. really .. really smelly .. what's more dark .. no lighting at all .. the room's AC is also not cool .. lots of mosquitoes .. all night staying there I couldn't sleep soundly .. cleanliness is still number 1 and also must be friendly to visitors .. especially the male receptionist who looks like he's annoyed .. before staying already I'm already in the mood .. hopefully it can be better in the future .. it's a shame even though the location is also very close to Surabaya Gubeng Station

The owner is very friendly, the room is nice, the AC is cold, the food is delicious, but sorry I'm not comfortable here, I only slept for 2 hours because there was a big family who was so noisy, before checking in, please give a warning to not make noise because it will disturb other guests, if necessary, each room should be given a "no noise" sticker and prohibited from making calls in the room area

Traveloka should terminate their partnership with Rubikz Hostel & Cafe because it's like a caged hut. I'm very disappointed. I took the executive room, but what amenities did I get? 1. No toilet. 2. The bathroom was full of worms. 3. The room wasn't soundproof. 4. Lots of mosquitoes. 5. The AC wasn't cold. 6. No towels or soap. 7. No water.

This hostel is suitable for transit using the train, but if you want to stay here for the whole night, it is not recommended. The staff is very friendly. Next time I transit again, I will stop by here 🙏🏻

Shocking by booked this property. I'm not expected that it will be this horrible. Check in was manual writing in booked, no have proper reception table, it was just Warung Padang table. Bed sheet looks old, no blanket, washroom sharing but not sure about cleanliness because I just check in and left this property after 10 min and the owner not even return a single money aftee I cancel. Well it 's my mistake because it 's written non-refundable but hey humanity exist, how you can take charges for the customer who not even use your service. I don't recommend you to try this property.
