Comfortable, but there is no playground in the garden because this hotel is actually a place for elderly people to stay.

A delightful hotel for a staycation with the extended family. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety. The kids also enjoyed playing in nature, the lake, seeing the various animals, rabbits, birds, and of course, swimming. Thank you, Rukun Resort Sentul.

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hot and cold water runs smoothly, and the AC is cold. It's absolutely fantastic 👍

Strategic location, the environment in the resort area is very spacious and complete. Friendly service. My suggestion, before the guest states extend or checkout, room service should not enter the room without confirmation from the occupant. Because the door cannot be locked, so room service can enter directly using a spare key that is still manual. It is very disturbing to the privacy of the occupant. Cleaning by room service should be between checkout time and check-in time (12:00-02:00 PM). So it is certain that the room is empty if the checkout or the guest has confirmed with the receptionist. If it is not checkout time, who knows, in the room the guest is sleeping or in the toilet/WC suddenly someone barges into the room because when knocked no one answered (the lock is still manual and there is no bell facility) because the position of the room and bathroom is in a separate room, while the entrance to the room is in the pantry, so it is possible that the guest does not hear the knock on the door from room service. Please respect the privacy of hotel guests. Thanks.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly. I'd definitely come back if there's another event in Sentul.

The room is comfortable, there is a minibar, there is a fish pond, there is a swimming pool.

Highly recommended family hotel

This is my first time staying here. It's not far from Jakarta, less than an hour if there's no traffic. I booked 3 rooms. Check-in was easy, and I only needed a 100,000 Rupiah deposit. The rooms are very spacious, with plenty of room to store my belongings. The AC, refrigerator, microwave, and water heater all work well. The rooms face the garden, making it feel peaceful and clean. The swimming pool is clean, and the sports facilities are adequate. There's a fishing pond. Although there's a busy road in front, the hotel grounds are quiet. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, but some of the dishes taste bland. Thankfully, I got 3 free breakfasts for the kids, so I didn't have to pay. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel, as it's quite affordable for such a wide range of facilities. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay here again next time.

The staff is friendly, and the area is nice. There's an Alfa and an Indomaret right in front. There's a swimming pool, and everything is great. The Wi-Fi was a bit lacking when I stayed, but otherwise, it was great.

Friendly and helpful staff... The hotel area is clean and the atmosphere is calm. The AC is cold.. Complete beverage amenities, there are red ginger and nutrisari, as well as traditional coffee.

Overall ok, got water dispenser to refill our bottle.

Stayed here for 2 days for a family vacation (4 people) in Sentul, very satisfied because of the close access to everywhere. The room is spacious, semi-apartment, unfortunately I didn't have time to take pictures in the hotel room. Breakfast on the first day was a buffet at the restaurant. The food wasn't much variety but it tasted delicious. Breakfast on the second day was delivered to the room, because breakfast was only for 2 people, okay, later the other 2 people we'll buy breakfast outside. But it turned out that the breakfast was abundant even though it was only for 2 people, so we didn't need to buy it outside again heheee... Children's activities besides swimming include walking by the lake, playing around in the front yard of the room terrace and of course going to the minimarket near the hotel. It was very pleasant to stay here, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious for that price, it was very worth it and recommended!

Overall, the service & other advantages are very good & satisfying.
