Can't close the bathroom doors, there was baby cockroaches in bathroom and in the room, unfortunately on my room on of the volume button of TV remote is broken.

The room is not clean, when I asked to have a cappuccino they don't have it, they said only black coffee, so I pay 40.000 rupiah only for Nescafe 1 little cup.

Claimed 4-stars hotel but when I look the room it is not. Lack of amenities, AC very noisy, water heater didn't work very well. So unsatisfying, hope the other guests don't experience those kind of things. Let 's go Samala, you can do better than this.
