I’m confused how can be a 4 star hotel with less professional service and workers with bad ethics, security listening music and smoking in a restaurant that is for guests to eat. Especially when it’s breakfast time, this is the first time in my life that I have breakfast at the hotel, the waiter eats in front of the guests and smokes, shouldn’t it be like that?

So far okay, staff and cleanliness are okay, lastly in room 703 there is a mini fridge but empty tissue and the bathroom glass door is missing, just open like that. Next time maybe it can be fixed like the other rooms. So far okay.
