The place is comfortable, but the room smells of cigarettes, I don't know why, it seems like a previous guest smoked in the room.

Sans hotels in other cities are usually comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. This one was lacking. The bathroom could also be improved. Furthermore, the blankets were just a sheet. They weren't as thick as usual.

The room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, fortunately we were able to change to another room that did not smell of cigarettes. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor, there was a lot of water stains and soap residue, the cleanliness of the floor was also very poor, the floor looked dusty and oily especially in the corridor

Sis, my suggestion, I've stayed here twice, the first one on the 2nd floor was okay, no problems. The second one on the 3rd floor, many of the walls are dull, sis, if possible, repaint them, and the floor is really sticky, at least provide slippers for the guests, the sheets are dull, and the sink in the bathroom takes a long time to drain, it looks like the drain is clogged.

The service is very bad. I asked for the ground floor but when I checked in I was given the upper floor. Very disappointing. The worst experience of staying only in Sans Budaya. Be careful who wants to stay here, it's better to stay at another hotel. This hotel is not cheap but cheap and of poor quality. The bathroom is dirty and the walls in the room are peeling

The hotel price is cheap, comparable to the condition of the room which is simple. Thank God there is hot water, TV & cold AC. The location is good, only when I saw the Lotus Hotel which is right next to the Sans Hotel Budaya, I wanted to stay at the Lotus Hotel instead.
