I had a lovely stay at Santorini Beach Resort in Gili Island for 3 days and 2 nights. The price is very affordable, but the facilities and service were good. The place is comfortable, clean, and has a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy the island. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy and budget-friendly stay in Gili.

I only stayed here for 1 night because I had already booked another hotel for tomorrow, but if I had the chance, I would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly, even to local guests. We even checked in at 12 noon and they allowed us to. The first impression of this hotel is very aesthetic in every corner. The room and bathroom were clean, although not too spacious, but comfortable. You can refill water as much as you like at the reception, there is even infused water! There is a free movie night in front of the hotel on the beach with delicious cocktails at affordable prices (happy hour).

A very helpful receptionist, Andre, gave medicine to my daughter when he noticed she had flu symptoms. It was very lovely to have such care from the staff. Also, we won a prize via lottery organized by the Hotel Santorini. Beautiful memory for my kid ❤️

The staff is friendly, but they didn't help with luggage during check-out. Breakfast is a la carte, and as an Indonesian, I definitely choose fried rice, which is quite tasty and the portion is small. The hotel environment is decent, the room cleanliness is standard, perhaps because the hut concept makes it difficult to clean. Overall, I felt quite comfortable during my stay. The location is quite far from the pier and the cost is additional (round trip by horse-drawn carriage is IDR 400,000 for 1 horse-drawn carriage and requires 2 people, if you add 1 person it is IDR 50,000 extra), so prepare a bigger budget to stay here. The pool is not too big, but towels are provided, which is very helpful.

The place is very far from the port, about 45 minutes by bicycle, and after arriving I had to wait more than two hours to get a room. They didn’t give me the room I booked by the pool. The manager avoided responsibility and even blamed the app, saying the poolside rooms were already sold out. I asked for a cashback, but they didn’t give it. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Check-in time is 2 PM, but we only entered the room at 4:30 PM. The receptionist was less than informative about the ice cream voucher given to customers, the receptionist said the voucher was free 1 ice cone, when exchanged the ice cream officer said it had to be included in the purchase. There were 3 rooms we booked but 2 of the rooms did not match what we booked. High season Eid al-Fitr, the manager and employees were not on standby, many guest bookings did not match what the guests received. In front of the bathroom of room 10 on the 2nd floor there were spider webs even though they said it had just been cleaned.

The hotel is really cool: comfortable, clean, friendly staff, swimming pool and volleyball court. In front of Sunset Point Beach, there's Momoyo Ice Cream and movie nights. It's only 13 minutes from the harbor by electric scooter.
