The bathroom broke twice, the room was stuffy, and the cleanliness was poor. So far, the service has been fast and friendly.

The staff is friendly, minus the sound of water from upstairs which is quite loud.

Yesterday I was on the 5th floor, then asked the receptionist if there was any vacancy to be changed to a lower floor because it was quite easy to access only by stairs, he he. The next day I was moved straight away. I requested that if I hadn't gone home yet, just move my things, and yes, when I got back to the hotel, I had moved to the 2nd floor. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, the Wi-Fi was fast. There was a refillable gallon of drinking water, if you want cold water you can get it at the dispenser on the 1st floor. Basically, the staff is really the best, in my opinion, it's worth staying here. It's also close to several culinary delights that are said to be legendary, such as Bakso Tjap Haji, Bubur Pelana Burangrang. Alfa Indo is close by, in front of the hotel there are fried food sellers in the morning, and there are also fried rice sellers at night. The best. By the way, I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights if I'm not mistaken.

Highly recommended for those staying overnight in Bandung, close to Braga. For the price, the facilities are quite good: TV with Wi-Fi, reliable water heater, cool AC, clean room, clean, fragrant mattress and pillows. A few suggestions: you could add things like slippers and a hairdryer, as they are very important. Overall, it's safe and comfortable. Keep it up, I'll be back next time 😁

The comfort of the room is okay, but the AC is not cold enough and often turns off by itself, I don't know why. The TV is also Android, so you can watch YouTube in the room. But the bathroom is not very clean, the smell of urine is so bad that I had to flush it with soap to get rid of it, but the smell still persists, and the toilet is dirty. Please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom.
