Good location, strategic. Staff service is very friendly and fast, but the facilities and comfort of the room are less than satisfactory. The wallpaper above the bed is moldy and peeling in many places. The sheets, blankets, and pillowcases, although new, are still in a condition with many stains and the color is worn, even the pillowcase has holes. The electricity in the room often suddenly goes out, the water heater is not hot enough, and the toilet seat has a lot of brown crust. The Wi-Fi pass and receptionist contact are not in the room. Access card was forgotten to be renewed. Parking facilities, motorcycle parking is not neat. Food for breakfast, main course is not enough, dessert is also not varied.

Comfortable hotel, rooms are ok, bathrooms with hot water are smooth and clean, the air conditioning is cool, breakfast is ok, there is also a small restaurant beside the lobby. Strategic location and close to the beach. Highly recommended to stay in Bantaeng. Hope to come back here. Good service.

Only able to review a week later. The hotel is nice and close to Seruni beach, lots of culinary delights around the hotel so don't be afraid for those who like culinary tours. The breakfast also varies. The main thing is the swimming pool, clean and the children are comfortable. Check in and check out is also easy. Excellent.
