The electricity in the room often suddenly goes out, the water heater is not hot enough, and the toilet seat has a lot of brown crust. The Wi-Fi pass and receptionist contact are not in the room. Good location, five star room, happened to stay in the Executive Sea View, but unfortunately there were dried geckos + lots of geckos in room 605 + mediocre food even though it's a 3 star.

Only able to review a week later. The hotel is nice and close to Seruni beach, lots of culinary delights around the hotel so don't be afraid for those who like culinary tours. The breakfast also varies. The main thing is the swimming pool, clean and the children are comfortable. Check in and check out is also easy. Excellent.
