A very comfortable, clean, spacious hotel for transit from Merak to Bakauheni, and most importantly, the rates are affordable. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the Merak Harbor Mall. Indomaret is close to the reception and is open 24 hours. So don't worry about having trouble finding food when you're hungry because Indomaret also provides a variety of ready-to-eat rice packages that taste quite good. Once you check out of the hotel, you can immediately board the ship according to the departure time. If you need to transit again someday, you will definitely stay here again.

Please improve communication between staff. The receptionist informed us that breakfast was at 7:00 AM. We requested breakfast at 6:30 AM. The receptionist confirmed with the kitchen that it was available for takeout at 6:30 AM. It turned out that the kitchen staff had already served breakfast to our rooms at 6:30 AM. Why couldn't we have requested breakfast at 6:30 AM if it was served at that time? All the facilities were good, but this was the only downside for us.

Stayed in room 322 with a twin bed, the water in the sink didn't come out, only a little, the AC wasn't cold, it was a shame to bring a small child until it got hot, while sleeping suddenly there was a cockroach 😔
